Encouraging quotes provide vital energy and they’re calorie free!

Sometimes, reading a few encouraging quotes from some of the great people of history cuts through all the white noise of life and remind you what living well really looks like. I love how, by reading, you can take part in some of the great conversations of history, with people long gone, but with words that still ring with clarity.
